You might find that these choices don't quite match your parenting and attachment goals, or you may feel the need for guidance as you explore new boundaries and routines for sleep.

As your Sleep Counselor, I am passionate about understanding your unique struggles, goals, and fears. We will work together to find the balance between your child's needs and your own, and co-create a sleep plan that is tailored to your family. Just like every child and family are unique, so is every sleep plan. I don't believe in one size fits all solutions!
